i recently read a post made by Willsonman, and i have the same router, and also mine 'drops' out, i thought that it was my internet, but now i think that it is my router, i have a CPU fan. But it has three wires, red,yellow,black. Could someone perhaps post a tutorial, or type how i would connect the fan to the router board to run. Also which wires to use etc. please help me.

vague answer:

Black wire = Ground. You have to attach it to something metal in the router case, OR the ground wire on the power socket.. the first is smarter.

Red and yellow are the +5v I believe. (one of them, not both) and I do not recall what the other wire would be.

You can attach the black and red to a 9v battery and it'd work if you want to do it the super ghetto way.
