Device to send SNMP traps based on electrical signals?

I need to track down an SNMP device that will take electrical signals - ie it will send a trap on a low voltage or normally open/normally closed relay alarm - that will plug into an ethernet port.

APC EMUs (Environmental Monitoring Units) will do that. They are expensive when new, but you might be able to find a used one.

We have a TEG site (Thermal power) - it has a low voltage relay - basically it trips when the voltage drops below a certain level. I want a device with leads that will pick up that trip and send an alert. They have them (Barnett's) that will alert by sending out a phone call but I want it to be SNMP based instead.
