Guys,

Which program can I use to see what speed my memory is currently running at?

And how can I adjust the speed of the ram only? (If this is possible)

you mean cpuz ?
I think you have to screw with the FSB/MEM ratio to change the speed.

Well, I guess so. I guess I am wondering how do I tell if my memory is running at its rated speed..
