X800pro mod to XT went bad!!! Card is unstable. I originally flashed the bios using the steps outlined in formentioned posts. The card remained at 12 pipes, while the default card speeds increased to XT speeds of 520/560. My card originally could handle the overclock to these speeds but no longer...I need someone to detail how to flash the card back to the original pro bios. Everytime I try it says Rom Already Programmed, remaining at 520/560. Please help the NOOB! or Geek in training. I will be eternally grateful. By the way Im in Florida right in the path of Hurricane Frances, hope I still have a computer when its all over. Thanks Again guys, Paul

there is a reversible flash guide posted somewhere, but if you have already flashed using the gigabyte bios, you need to flash your card using an empty.bin file to wipe the current info, then flash immediately (before restarting) to the original bios.

btw, how could the card remain at 12 pipes after flashing? did you have a VIVO card in the first place?

its possible he just had a bad VIVO, but my guess is he tried flashing a regular X800 Pro.
