Desk mount recommendation

Picked up a 40" 4K to use as a monitor. Looking to get it to sit as low and far back as possible using a 200 x 200 VESA desk mount. It weights ~19 lbs.

Any recommendations? Way too many options out there. Prefer to keep it under $100.
 
pick up a VESA adapter from Amazon and a Monoprice monitor arm. That set up is enough to keep the monitor mounted flush with desk

Well my desk is only 23" deep. I want the option to push it back when doing production work or pull it forward when gaming.
