Dell Vostro 320 disassembly instructions

I have a Dell Vostro 320 that has a dead hard drive. I purchased a new hard drive, but I can't get the case open to get to the hard drive. I've searched the web, but I can't find any instrucyions on how to open the case, and I don't want to damage it. Does anyone know how to open the case up so I can replace the hard drive?
