Dell PowerEdge 3750W Rack UPS help

Hi, it seems like the dell poweredge 3750w needs a 30amp electrical plug connection.

I am wondering how do I plug servers into that type of ups.

I do not want to fry the current systems. anyone know anything about this type of ups?
