Dell Poweredge 2410 cabinet question

Hello,

I've a Dell Poweredge 2410 cabinet and I'm facing some issues installing the roof top panel.

I would like check how can I install/retain the roof top. Manuals don't refer for this.

I suppose that these latches are responsible for retaining but I don't see where/how to fix them:

can you take a closer picture of them?

i think some of them are grounding studs like in a HP G10000 Rack,
