Dell P2411H LED

Thinking about picking this up for my Dad for Father's day. He has the I-Inc 28 inch now, and I know he thinks its too big and bulky. I would like to get this for him since its LED and I can get it for about $250. He does game a bit. Any thoughts on this monitor?

Don't replace a 28" monitor with a 24" monitor, that's such a smaller size.

Zod, I would think you of all people on here should know by now that LED backlighting is marleting garbage and to look at reviews.

Dam you NCX just kidding........That is just it their are really no reviews for this monitor at the moment that I can see. I have seen some 24 inch LED monitors and I do love how thin they are. It makes my 28 inch look like a total brick and space heater..

I'm tempted to pick up two of the P2211H's as well (should be similar), but I'm in the same boat: there are no reviews. I'm a coder, and I already have one U2211H, so I'm curious how the P2211H is in portrait mode.

I've always liked the bezel and stand from the U2410. Just not the price and not the heavy AG coating on it. The P2411U seems to have all the stuff the U2410 has minus the IPS panel and its half as thinner. Plus I can always return it for a full refund..

Technically yes you do. But at my work I can talk to the guys in shipping dept and they will ship it back at no charge to me
