I have aquired a dell E521 single core athlon 3200 2.0ghz. It is 6150 chipset and I do believe a AM2 board. What kind of ppd would I get with Smp and a X2-5200 chip? I would run Vista for the improved networking.

I would assume from my OC'd X2 3800 @ 2.4 that it would obtain roughly 1k PPD however its more likely that you'll get 800 or so out of it per day. I don't know I'm throwing numbers around here.

My dual 250's @2.4 Ghz only pulled in around 800-950 PpD depending on just which protien they got.
Hence they have been retired.

Luck .......... :D

Nearest I have is an X2 4800 that runs about 840 PPD, so probably a bit higher than that, considering it's only 200 mhz faster on the same size cache

(I lol'd at the vista improved networking)

My opty165 at 2.5 gets about 800ppd. I wouldn't expect much more.
