Just had one user that has 4 Optiplex 745 USSF computers (for testing a server/client software platform) have to go out in the same day.

Both power on, the fans without mobo control spin up to astronomical rates, and the diag lights show 1 3 and 4 lit up. The only combination that isn't in any documentation that I can find.

Anyone know what that combo could be?

The motherboard is bad, I have had this happen before, though I have never paid attention to the Diag lights when it has done this to me multiple times, but time after time it ended up being a bad mobo.
