I just bought a 3007 from ebay and was wondering is there a way to turn the color down more??? The reds are to much...lol.:(

I already turn down the digital vibrance in the control panel for my video card.

Use hardware calibration, it'll at least give you balance. I have a couple of 3007-HCs, you get used to it... so much so going to different LCDs seem dull :)

Well unfortunately the Nvidia control panel does not turn down the color saturation or digital vibrance down enough. Unless they fixed it I bet you can still turn it down to zero and still have too much saturation.

One of the reasons that I switched over to ATI is that with Catalyst control panel the Saturation control fixes the color oversaturation. I turn mine down to around 65 and it is perfect. You can actually turn the Saturation down enough that you will have no color. Works great with all wide gamut/high color monitors.

While this does not solve the wide-gamut problem completely, I admit it is one big PLUS for ATI to include this feature.

Yea I wish Nvidia would do something with their control panel for this problem. The Catalyst also has Color Temp adjustments which work real well.

Yep, first thing I did was go into NVidia drivers and curse that digital Vibrance only had positve control. So you could only turn it up, not down.

I think that even Nvidia drivers used to have the possibility to turn the vibrance down? Maybe I'm mistaken.
I have Dell 2209WA for testing at home and I admire its colour saturation setting. Even may over-priced NEC 2690 doesn't have this.
