Dell 2707WFP and 2709W differences

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out the main differences between these two models, and which would be better for gaming. Prad.de gave the 2707WFP a pretty good review but the 2709W seems to have tons of input lag. Is the 2709 the replacement to the 2707?

I have the 2709W and what I can tell you is that it has a newer and better panel. Far less gamma shift, better black levels, and yes more inputs. See 10e's review in the 2709 thread: http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1325872&highlight=2709W&page=7

I would not bother with the 2707, saving a few bucks is not worth it, because it would most likely be a referb.

If you are sensitive to input lag and you play a lot of FPS games then you would probubly be better with a 26 in S-IPS display like the planer.
