Hey,

Well i've had this monitor for almost a month now and was thoroughly enjoying it, however yesturday as I was using it the entire right side almost exactly from the center ( with some fading in between) is now dim and poorly lit, it's still visible but by the time you get near the edge of the right you have to get real close to see what's on the screen.

My question is, in order to get a replacement must I pack this one up and ship it back? The shipping charges are likely to be horrible.. how does Dell go about sending a replacement?

Yeah, that's two questions.. :) Any help would be appreciated..

Thanks

As far as monitors are concerned, Dell never forgets to request it back. They include return postage for free.
