Dell 2007WFP Backlight Level

When watching movies with horizontal top and bottom bars, the bars show up more so as a grey color than a black color. On my large Samsung TV, I can just adjust the backlight in order to bring these blacks to a more true black.

Any suggestions for the Dell 2007WFP?
