Deleting Partitions...

I only have one HDD currently in my rig a 200gb WD Cavier. I have two partitions on it, one is 60gb and holds the OS and all the apps. The rest is used for the my documents folder. I just picked up a new 80gb seagate 7200.7rpm drive and I want to use that for the my documents drive. After moving all the contents from the second partition to the new drive can I add that partition to the windows partition without reformating?
