deleting open with recommended progs

is there a way to delete programs that i dont want to use for a file, i was trying to open a file yesterday and i coudn't figure out what to use and i clicked the wrong file and now its still in there, is there a way to delete it? i circled it in red.

I would try looking in the registry for "w9xpopen" or under 'file associations' in the Tools->Folder Options menu

Ok,

regedit
naviage to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.jpg\OpenWithList
kill the offending entry

i'm not sure which folder it is they are named differently. Does anyone know which file it is? or what it would be called...
