Deleting Drivers?

I had this driver installed on my PC it was to allow me to use an Xbox Controller on my PC, seems to be that it screwed up some of my stuff ;\.

I'd like to be able to delete it.
 
First place to look would be in the start menu to see if there is any software there that would let you uninstall it. If not, take a look at add/remove programs and see if you can remove it from there. If not, it gets more complicated.
