I am going to thow this out there but

If this processor is in the shuttle (like in your sig)

Than 1) you might not have enough power to OC too much

2) you deffinatly dont have the cooling to OC a pressy that much

What are your temps? @idle? @ load?

you can always raise your Vcore, but if your temps are too high now.... you wont want to do that.
