Okay I do not know what I should get. Lately I have been enjoying the dual CRT 17" moniters. Dual screens are cool. So I am stuck in a delemia, should I get 2 17" LCD's or 1 19"-21"LCD.

depends on what you use your computer for, and how much you are looking to spend.
 
My personal pref would be 2 17inch LCDs. THere is just something about a 17inch screen that is a perfect size. I plan on getting 2 17inch sonys one for my pc and one for my mac, and then using my 15inch view sonic as a 2nd screen on my mac.
