Deciding between parts

I'm lining up for an upgrade, and have a few choices for each category of part, and would like some input on which parts would be better.

Processor: 3.0C or AMD 64 3200+
Motherboard: IC-7 Max 3 or equivalent in AMD 64 board
Video Card: X800 Pro or 6800GT
RAM: 1GB Kingston HyperX PC4000 ( I have this already, so I'm staying with it)
Case: Silverstone Temjin SST-TJ05-B, Coolermaster Wavemaster, Coolermaster Praetorian, Kingwin KT-424-BK, or stay with my X-SuperAlien. (I like the looks of all of these cases, and want to mount a 120mm radiator on the top, which means I'd like room for watercooling, but most of all, I want space behind the mobo for wire management.)

I'm still on the Intel side because I feel the mobo chipsets are much better. I don't intend to argue over the processor choice. Either is fast as hell. If you can afford it, I'd go with the 6800GT. Most sites and mags have that far ahead of the X800 Pro. Memory's fine...although P4s don't seem to mind higher timings as much as AMD systems. I have the Coolermaster Praetorian case, and I will only part with it when my body is dead and lifeless. It's the best case I've ever used, period.
