Still working on it, gonna tweak the memory but here's my current OC. Just got the chip in yesterday. Running on stock cooling because I need the right backplate for my Scythe Ninja.

Voltage in BIOS is 1.35 (Is that high for these chips?) Temps are 37/60 but it's hot in my room.

I took it down to default vcore (I think), 1.275v in BIOS and put it back to 3.0Ghz, that made the load go down to 56C. Hopefully, when I get the Scythe Ninja on there, my load temps will go down to 50ish and I can try for 3.3-3.4Ghz with good load temps.

You're doing better than I am at the moment. I haven't been able to get a stable overclock above 2.8GHz.

Idle temps: 38C
Prime95 load: 62C
FSB: 315
1.325V (BIOS default)

I'm certain I need to remount the HSF as I've remounted it twice without using fresh TIM. I realize it's not a great idea, but I don't have any fresh TIM to use. I've been waitiing for days for an order I placed at SVC to ship. Not impressed with them so far. Good luck.

Here's my E2180:

v core 1.445
idle 31C
RAM @ 960mhz off 2v

3Dmark05 - 17087
3Dmark06 - 10209

Half Life 2 Lost Coast (everything on high, HDR, no AA, tri AF, 1650x1050) video stress test 104fps.

I dunno how good all that is but it seems to run everything but the Crysis demo fine.

See sig for rest of the rigs specs..

I've decided to go for cooler until I can mount the Scythe. So I have it at 3.0Ghz @ 1.25v. Slightly undervolted, running stable, Orthos stable.

What's your SP 1M time? I'm curious. Mine is 21.028s, that was at 3.0Ghz. I'm going to see if I can stress the RAM a bit more, but it's not fast RAM, but I have 4GB of it. Will do 32M later.

Here's a screenie for ya:

It's not worth upping the voltage to get .5s more, at least not for me. Mine is overclocked 67% and undervolted, what more does someone want from a $70 CPU.
