I have a Tt Xaser III case. I was looking into buying the Dangerden RBX waterblock, black ice pro radiator, and eheim 1250 pump. Would these somehow fit into my case while still being able to close it?

Or should i just buying the Tt Aquarius III?

First of all, don't get the black ice pro, get the Xtreme. Better performance for negliable price. DONT get the aquarius if you are looking for a significant gain over temps from aircooling. It may be quiet, but it cools worse than decent air cooling solutions.

You can fit pretty much ANY watercooling system in that case, that thing is HUGE. If I can fit a full water cooling solution into a Lian Li PC60, you can fit one into a XaserIII.

To get the components to fit, you will have to do a little modding though... the most important thing to do is to get your radiator cool air from the outside of the case, which means cutting a 120mm fan hole somewhere in your case. Its either that or remove your HDD cages and stick the radiator right up next to the front intake fans. That may actually be a better idea if you don't have a lot of hard drives. Check out the watercooling gallery (the sticky at the top of the forum) and get some ideas of how other people fit watercooling components into cases much smaller than the one you have.
