DangerDen 8800 Block

I'd skip it and wait until EK makes the 8 series block. Because then you can be assured you're getting a high quality product for about half the price of the DD, and from a country whose name you can't pronounce.

(maybe.)

No shots of the innards, huh? I really dig having absolutely no idea what I'm buying. Not being able to look at the product and make basic assumptions about its effectiveness and its potential negative aspects is a deal killer.

In any case, it's damn good that they're now using acetal. That's a pretty strong plus in my book.

depending upon the performance....I have to say this block certainly looks great, I like the shiny black delrin mixed with copper.

"Compatible with Reference Design 8800 GTX Video Cards (BFG, EVGA, XFX, PNY, etc). "

So... no GTS use :)

I'm waiting for the Swiftech mounting kit. This card still doesn't need full coverage... even the RAMDAC can be cooled by a small HS (as per the Sparkle reference design, it's cooled via a chopped up NB cooler and a ram thermal pad.)
