I just put through two orders through danger den for the part below in my signature. On the radiators i already had the BIE 1 (Black Ice Extreme) from my old set up but the BIE 2 and BIE 3 both came in with several little dents in the grills. I aslo recived the Maze 4 GPU coolers in two different sizes even though they were both suposed to be 1/2 and they were in the same order. ( 2 Maze 4 GPU heatsinks) Anyways this highly upsets me because i was planning on putting my computer together this weekend. But due to the fact that i have to send these 3 part back and wait for them to send me the right parts and parts that arent bent up its going to be a bit longer. Not to mintion that i lost out on ordering my mobo last night anyways so i would have had to wait anyways. I was wondering have any of yall had problemes like these from Danger Den or did they just decide to screw with me? :confused:
 
Actually I have had good luck with them. All of my items came in perfect condition. Also I couldnt believe how fast I got my stuff shipped. I got it days ahead of what I was expecting. I am sorry that yours didnt come out good...
 
On my first water cooling set up it all came in just fine but for some reason these last two orders got messed up!!! :(
 
As a person who once worked in the warehouse industry I kind of have an idea of how this works.

You place the order and it goes through
Its given to the warehouseman and he fills it via the warehouse
he then takes it to a location in the warehouse where he packs all his orders and labels then for shipping

Now being all this stuff happen in one shipment it was probably some n00b that just starting working there last week. DD has always had a stand up reputation around the web. I think this is avvery isolated thing at least I hope

Only problem I've ever had with them is their directions suck, thats about it.
 
I just noticed but danger den gave me about7 extra inches of tubing!!! To bad it wont help fix the wrong sized fittings on the GPU coolers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :mad:
 
I recieved my aqua-computer grill today for my dual 120mm fan rad and its all scratched up!!!!! I dont know what the hell is going on but its relly starting to get to me!!! :mad:
 
I love Danger Den. My order came exactly correct. I even ordered one of their 6800 waterblocks a while back and they sent me a whole new set of springs for it (after I lost one). No charge, no questions asked. I was incredibly impressed with their customer service. Their dual 5.25" reservior is top notch quality, so much better than the one I got from FrozenCPU (which cracked). If I ever build another watercooled machine, I'll get my watercooling from DD.
 
Everything I have ordered from them showed up quickly and in good condition. As for the damage, it sounds like there are some disgruntled shipping company employees in your area. :eek:
 
I have the TDX64, the 6800GPU block, and the chipset maze4 block. All arrived quickly, right size, and in perfect condition.

If I build another H2O system, I will be tryng Aqua Computer blocks, not because there's anything wrong with DD, just the design of H2O systems oversees seem to be on a totally different level than here in the good old U.S.A.

Just an opinion! ;)
 
I would just like to say that i just got off the phone with the a guy from danger den about my two messed up orders and he was extremely nice about everything and even cracked a few jokes suchs as "man we really dinged up your order." they are even going to over night me the new parts. I never had anything against danger den i jsut was telling my experience that even with a good company like danger den mistakes still happen. Hopefully when i can muster up some more money i can do buesness with them once again on a new computer. :p
 
Never had a problem with them. Love their stuff, even if it's not super top of the line.

You can't expect the radiators to be perfect, the fins are so thin that any handling will bend them. That's the nature of the beast. If you're not careful, you'll bend them.

And is there any reason you have a BIX 1 2 and 3?

You don't need anything more than a 2 with that system. Glad you've got money to blow. I sure don't.
 
Well i returned the 3 cause it wont fit into my system so im just using the 1 and 2.
