Greetings all, I recently ordered Online an Psu from PC Power & Cooling,(approx 1 week ago). Since then I have heard nothing from them, other than asking for copy of Id (rec'd the same day and replied to the same day). I have sent several E mails offf, and still had no response. Is there a problem with them at the moment?( not going Broke I hope :( ). Anyone else had similar experience or lenghtly delays ? and if so did you get it resolved. I am starting to wonder what's going on.

Give them a call; they're a pleasure to deal with over the phone, and will straighten things out real quick

Call them up sometimes they do get busy but they should have gotten back with you. Ask for larry he is the one you want to talk to.

Heh, I talked with Jason, I wasnt too impressed with him, but he might have been having a bad day.....

All in all, they were quick to answer the phones and very knowledgable. They might be a bit behind on production, their SLI PSUs have taken off like mad.

Thanks Ppl,

I might have to try calling, but will have to check out the toll rates first, as down in New Zealand.

So could be expensive :(

What part of zealand are you in, stayed in christchurch for awhile and im trying to get back, in california now always wish i was down there though. If you give me your info (name and when you sent it) in an IM i can go over there and ask them whats the deal.

I should emigrate and get the PCP&C franchise for AU, NZ and Singapore :p

emails are entirely too easy to ignore
especially when you conside approx 1\4th of all emails fail to be delivered,
getting dropped or simply filtered out

Ive had several email questions to PCP&C go unanswered
but always found a friendly voice at the end of the line

there is a back log on the new ETX supplies
and the SLi's are popular, also consider PCP&C designs and markets but doesnt manufacture the supplies,
they are however in no danger of going out of business :p
but might be suffering from substantually increased popularity

did you order any options on that PSU?
Like a NZ plug?
