I have a DVD duplicator case I use as a CD Ripping tower. Right now it has a USB hub and some other components taped to the inside wall. But I'm upgrading the guts with some faster stuff, and the boards I'll be using are just bare boards, no cases. BUT they do have plenty of mounting holes.
Does anyone make something like a DIY custom standoff, where I can drill all the holes, then "bolt" the standoff in from the outside with a screw, then use another screw on the inside to affix the boards? Or perhaps a different method, but something I can use to cleanly mount these boards, leaving plenty of space for air flow etc.
