On /. they had a site posted http://www.emachineshop.com/ I just designed and ordered some parts to be water jet cut. I think this has got to be the coolest thing since sliced bread check them out they offer all kinds of ways to make just about any part you can design. This should be a good tool for anyone that does not have a machine shop in thier garage

flanges and some other parts I need to build my jet motor that im putting on my go cart

That water jet thing is awesome. Anyone else watch American chopper. The cuts are all perfect and to dimension.

Or you could do it with simpler, less expensive tools and get a similar result at a fraction of the cost of that.

OMG this is the best damned site ever Marklar, wow dude i've been looking for a way to get some parts machined as I dont have access to that kind of equipment. Now I can just like design it on my computer, order it online, and have it shipped to my door, that is FUCKING AWESOME!!

Ok time to stop drinking till 5am, woot

Fuckin BadASS!!! I have some ideas that I know I would just do a crappy as job, and these
people seem like they can make my dreams become reality.

But its not as [H] as using your drummel for hours and hours and hours and hours.
But I dont have a drill bit for making a water block, the size of a side panel.

just curious, how much did it cost you? I was kinda takenback by the prices for some of the parts, but then i realized it was mostly milled alum they quoted, so laser or waterjet might be cheeper, havent investigated yet. May use then for my robot arm project parts.

It was $250 to get all this made the big round flanges are about 13 inches wide made out of 1/4 steel. They also offer powder coating, anodizing, and some other finishes. Another thing is if you order in quantities more than one the more you save I was messin with it and just 1 thing I designed cost $150 but if I ordered 100 it was about $8 each.

edit silly me didnt put the photo in
