Custom laser cut grills?

After spending time on ggl searching, I decided "hell, why not ask fellow modders?"
So, here goes:

I'm looking for a place where I can order a custom laser cut aluminum (or steel) 120mm fan grill in black.
I'm not referring to just off-the-shelf stuff...but one where I submit a .psd or whatever of the design and it gets turned into my own custom grill.
Sadly, I can't afford much so it can't be too expensive ;)

I'll try asking the question to the guys at Mnpctech.com and mountainmods.com as well.
 
I wonder if you don't have some place local where you could do that, like a hs or college. I remember a number of geek taking shop to get a hold of the laser cutter. I am considering calling some folks at my college to see if i can get access to mod my side panel. Let me know, I'll do the same.
 
that is an idea...unfortunately. due to so many freaking budget cuts, I don't think the schools around here have anything any more. :(
