Crysis 2 DX11 crashing

Is anybody else having any issues running DX11 with Crysis 2? Mine keeps crashing or hanging and its very annoying. I even disabled SLI and the problem is still persisting. WTF... I've also noticed some people are having issues as well.

I'd assume the issue is just because it hasn't been tested enough and was written by CryTek. A patch should fix it soonish.

If you've used one of those Crysis 2 advanced tweak tools(which allowed you to customize all the graphical options) remove the autoexec file. The 1.9 patch doesn't play well with those, so you'll have to go without until a new tool is made.

I didn't use any tools to tweak any of my game settings, I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it again and the problem is still persisting.

I don't know if it will fix your issue, but my copy would hang on loading every single time if launched through Origins. I couldn't even get it to start. But launching using the actual .exe, the game works fine.

Man, NVIDIA sure does have a lot of issues playing this game. Enabling SLI it make the graphics look worse, jagged edges everywhere and lower quality textures, and I'm still getting the frequent crashing. Using the latest BETA drivers didn't fix anything either.

It keeps crashing to black for me. I can't even continue playing the game.
Moving on to another title in my backlog.
