Crossfire Profiles for Old Games?

I don't own an ATI card so I'm not sure how profiles work for games. But how do you know if you're using a profile for a game that might be 3 to 5 years old? For instance games like these:

Medal of Honor: (All of the series)
Soldier of Fortune 1 & II
Kingpin
Rune
Die by the Sword

Is there a way to determine if these games are supported with Crossfire? I know these are older titles, but was curious...
 
no need to. those games will run at any resolution with mas settings even with a single 3850. No need for Xfire.
