Crossfire problems in certain titles?

Is it me or does it seem like people are having crossfire incompatibility with some titles? Not an NV fanboy just want to make sure before I jump on these two 6950's
 
Make sure you turn off crossfire if you plan to play the APB beta (causes random texture corruption and white glowing character models)
