Hi there, new member looking for a bit advice.

I currently have a custom loop that I put together at the start of the year cooling an i7 920 D0@ 4GHz and an AMD HD7970 (clockspeed varies depending on game). My loop order currently runs res (bay res/ pump) > CPU > ext 120.3 rad > GPU > res. Due to my case (Antec P280) I had to go with an external rad to get such a large rad and as such I use a couple Koolance QDC's so that I can remove the radiator which is fixed on a stand if I need to do move the pc for any reason. the QDC'c being relatively heavy are supported by the case holes at rear - which leads to my problem...

I have decided to add another 7970 in to the loop (as well as a thin 120.2 rad at top of case) and I think I am going to go for EK CSQ link. However, due to where the QDC and tubing come back in to the case at present I would be looking at putting the inlet on the bottom side of link and having the outlet return at the top. Would this present any problems. I think I am going to go parallel. In my head I see both cards receiving the correct flow, albeit in what would be a reverse direction than is normally the case, but admittedly I am novice with water cooling in general, and a complete novice with a w/c multi-gpu set-up.

My proposed new loop would go: res > rad > CPU > ext. rad > GPU's > res

A visual representation (not a very good 1) of the kind of set-up I am looking at doing, do you see any problems with it?

As you can see I would go in at the bottom via a 90deg rotary and back out the top. I am unsure if the fitting has a port at bottom left so I woud perhaps have to go in bottom right and out top left, but that aside, would that work ok?

Any assistance/ advice is much appreciated. :)
