I am cross posting this from my OP over in the cooling section. I'm stumped. My 5930k at stock speeds is running hot for having a Corsair H110i GT with Noctua TIM, and Noctua NF-P14s redux-1500 PWM fans on the radiator. I can't tell if it's the CPU itself, or a defective cooling unit.
