CRC Errors. HELP!!!

I cant install anything just about. No matter what I install(being from a CD or from a download on the net) it will not completely install. Normally gives me a CRC error setup aborted. I've tried multiple games/programs.
 
Yeah check out your memory. Also you might want to do a chkdsk on your HD.
 
Just to clarify, CRC stands for Cyclic Redundancy Check. A CRC error means that your computer is not finding the data it expects to when it reads. RAM is the only thing all your data is likely to pass through, so everyone suggested a RAM check.

I had this problem and it drove me crazy. Turns out it was a known problem w/my MSI board. A simple BIOS update was all it needed.
