Well I was in a hurry ordering some upgrades for my PC, and needed a 92mm fan for my new Thermalright SP-97, and I'm on newegg and i search for 92mm fans here (drop down box on side that says size, try it) and the first one that pops up is a Zalman fan, and is $4.99. I thought whoa, thast a nice price, added it to the basket then checked out. Well come tonight, Im updating my sig and wondered what my fan was called. I realize the fan is a 80mm fan that was put under the 92mm section somehow.

I dont think i could complain since i should have read the title throughly before purchasing, but do you find anything wrong in this? And my other question is, do you think I will be happy with my 80mm fan on there? Next: Can i send it back and get a 92mm fan without a lot of trouble?

Well its a 5 dollar fan. If it hasnt shiped yet, or been processed theres a good chance you're in ok shape. Give them a call. (whoever them is)

If its already shiped, its probably not worth sending back.

Its from newegg, and its in stage 2 of 5 (adress verification complete and charged to the card.) it says in the description that the order cannot be changed now...

well id just keep it. depending on where you live, shiping it back may be nearly, or as much/more than the fan itself.

Okay, you dont think id get that much of a performance boost from, say a Vantec Stealth 92mm. I hear these zalman fans are great too  Ill probably end up buying a 92mm just for fun in my next order (gotta get soem AS5 :)), and mount the 80mm as a blowhole or something.
