Cpu

Cache is like fast memory right at the processor. So, more is better. Fast is better as well. Server procs usually have a HUGE amount of cache, to handle the massive number crunching and data it processes.

More is always better, hence the reason that most celerons (except p3 tualatins based) bite ass, no cache to speak of.
