Under the Timings section of the Memory section is the Frequency I see what the memory is running at or what it is supposed to be at?

your startup screen is wrong

mine is a little off too.. but not quite by 100 MHz.. i forget the reason for it.. it was discussed many months ago.. but either way.. trust cpu-z
