CPU to Video Card Table???

I see many comments about whether a given system is going to be more limited by the CPU or the Video Card thats in it, but what I havent been able to track down is a table like one I saw years ago that paired up the best CPU for a given Video Card.

Has anyone seen one recently? It's a nice easy way to quickly assess the weak spot in a system when someone is looking to upgrade and the old one made my life much easier when dealing with customers and friends who wanted to know what part should be upgraded.

Just curious since I've done a few net searches and come up empty, so I kinda started working on my own, but its sketchy at best.
