CPU Interface ON take away 1000 3dmarks?

How come when i disable CPU interface on my Nf7, i loos 1000 3dmarks...with it off i get 6700 or so, with it on i only get like 5200

i was under the impression that CPU interface helped bandwith..
 
I always turn that damn thing off...helps me get a higher OC outta the chip :p
Ive noticed at like 220FSB my chip will not run with it enabled..but off itll run...not perfect tho :(

yea but if you every run a memory bandwith test, haveing it disabeled kills about 5-10%
