I have an AMD Athlon 64 (3200) and I was curios to know if there are any better cooling for your CPU rather then the stock I have now. If you could please recommend one that would be great.

Also I already installed my CPU and heatsink. Would it be alright if I install a new heatsink/fan on it?
 
Are you going to be Overclocking it? What you will need for cooling depends on where your going to try to take it. There are a gazillion choices out there.

If you go to Newegg.com and look over their heatsink fan combos you can get a good line on one based on user ratings and feedback. Id suggest not buying one "cuzz it looks cool". Im kinda partial to the Zalman CNPS7000B-CU. There are better choices for extreme OCing but for light to moderate OCing or for stock type use it does a very respectable job while being amazingly quiet. Regardless of which heatsink u get pretty well everyone will agree Arctic silver 5 should be ur thermal compound of choice.

"Would it be alright if I install a new heatsink/fan on it?" absolutely, as long as you do a good job of cleaning the pad/thermal compound remnants offa the CPU you can put on and take off heatsinks as often as you want. Arctic Silver has a decent aricle on their site on how to properly clean ur CPU when u change heatsinks.
