CPU Fan help

I have a Asus SLI delux motherboard with an Athlon 4000 processor. I just recently build a water cooling system for it. After I installed the water cooling everytime i turn the computer on, at post it says that "error no cpu fan malfunction". Does anyone know how I could get rid of this?

I pluged a fan into the CPU fan header and use it to cool my ram. Since I removed the the CPU HS there is little airflow over the ram. That's how I got beyond it. Your power supply may have a sensor you can plug in as well.
