CPU cooling

Hello all.

I have a new SFF being delivered tomorrow. These are my components:
Core 2 Duo e6400
2gb ram
MSI 8600GTS (http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/126981)
Shuttle SD32G5

The gfx is a single slot pci-e card, so i don't have to mod the case (although i am very impressed with your guys mods to get these big cards in). I'm a little concerned with cooling though. Obviously the stock fans are dogpoo, and i'm sure the one that come from shuttle isn't that great either.

Has anyone got any recommendations for cpu cooling. Obviously noise and size are going to be a factor.

Also, what do you guys think about the power supply. There isn't an extra connector on the gfx card for more power, but will the shuttle 250w be up to the task?

thanks for any help.
