Cpu Block on GPU?

From what I can tell designs of CPU blocks seem to be superior to that of GPU blocks, ex the maze4 vs TDX. Where as the Maze uses more traditional channels and the TDX uses jets. I was wondering if one could use lets say a TDX and mount it onto a GPU and if it would make any more of a difference? esp for hot running cards like my x1900xt.
 
If you have 4 inches of freespace below your video card you may be able to. Mounting might be the only issue, unless you drill and tap the base of the block.
 
Cpu blocks are not that larger, and with a good pump one can put in 90 degree elbows in. And its not much different than a maze4 where the elbows are technically built into the top piece.
 
Since video cards aren't as temperature dependant as CPUs (they can run much hotter without problems), the 3 - 4 C difference really isn't worth the pressure drop of a restrictive block like a TDX or a Storm. It could be done, but it really isn't worth it.
