It should work fine. I've played with 6 people with a switch connnected to a router and we all played on the same server and nothing happens.
 
yeah it shouldn't be any problem cause CS isn't looking at your IP it's looking at the steam accounts as long as your upload is okay then it should be fine just pick a local server we have done it with 8 people down here in cincy all the time
 
No, it will just make your screen go black when one of you dies so you can't cheat.
