IMO it just means that the R600 is clooose and they are trying to do whatever they can to sell these puppies.
 
hehe that does look pretty dope actually. The cards come stock overclocked too which is nice. I wonder if the bios used on those cards is floating around somewhere to use on non uber edition X1950XTX's.

I don't need an R600 because (a) I'm on a 17-inch CRT with a max res of 1280x1024, and (b) I'm not upgrading to vista.
 
these seem like something you see on the movies where the metal briefcase is handcuffed to the user's wrist :p
