Well I had a corsair hx520 for 3 years and it blew a month ago. I submitted for an rma on Feb 28th and got an approval on March 1st. I took a few days to send it and when I did, I chose the slowest option from Canada to California so it took 2 weeks to arrive - Corsair received it on the 17th of March and notified me via email they did get it. They haven't updated the status of the rma since but yesterday I got home to a nice package - brand new (sealed in plastic) hx650 psu. All I sent in with my hx520 was the box it came in, they sent me a full retail packaged hx650 (new cables etc...). While it took them a couple weeks to process (understandable, I live in Canada) I am pleased they sent me a brand new psu and even upgraded it!
Would be nice if they had a depot in Canada I could have sent it to and it also would have been nice if they had updated the status of my rma to notify me it was coming, it made for a nice surprise and really I'm just nitpicking.
Also a plus - when my old psu quit, it didn't take anything with it - all my other parts still work fine. I used a corsair cx400 as a replacement while I waited for this one to come back in on RMA. If you're thinking about which psu to get, based on my experience corsair should definately be on your short list!
