Corrosion Removal

I've gotten a loop back from a customer and it has a little corrosion. Mostly in a danger den 2x5.25 acrylic Res as a hard formation. I'm wondering what is the best way to remove the corrosion? Something like CLR? something I can preferably just soak and shake.
 
I've heard this works. Are you absolutely sure it's corrosion? I would dilute it a little but that's just me.
