hey

air travels through a radiator right? if so what is the reduction in air travel?

Air does travel through a radiator. As for the reduction in airflow, that depends on the radiator itself. However, that shouldn't be a concern in most watercooling loops, since the air that leaves a radiator should be expelled from the case.

oh wow i completely forgot i started this thread. lol. so if that is the case, if i had a rad at the top of my case, would air still exhaust effectively?

Many people mount radiators at the top of their case. It is a perfectly fine practice.
