hello, I have an HP Proliant ML350 G6 server using VMware ESX Server, and Windows 2008 Server installed. Because the computer is not calling, I need to pick up the 500GB SATA HardDisk of and call in a intel I7 notebook via USB. However when connecting does not recognize as valid formatting. I need help, step by step, to access this information to backup the data. I'm desperate. Thanks

the simplest way it'd be to boot esx on other pc and copy data...But you'd need another pc. What version ESX is that? Either way i think that you can boot newer ESXi from USB stick you could access that hdd and copy data
